How much does shipping cost?
US – Standard Delivery
Spend $50 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
$50 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.50.
Orders are sent via FedEx Standard Ground Service, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.
**Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam will ship within 3-8 business days via USPS Priority only.
Hawaii & Alaska (USPS Priority) – Standard shipping $10 or free over $50.
Puerto Rico & Guam (USPS Priority) – Standard shipping flat rate $20.
US – Express Delivery
FedEx Express Saver is available for a flat rate of $20.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Regular delivery timeframes
Most standard orders are shipped via FedEx with a 2-10 business day delivery window nationally.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority with a 3-14 business day delivery window.
There may be a slight delay in dispatching your order during peak times. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your order to be sent.
The postal service and distribution centre doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays.
So your order will be dispatched the following business day.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your order is at all times.
I entered the wrong Shipping address can I change it?
We can ONLY guarantee changes to addresses within 30 minutes of placing an order. Please contact us ASAP at hello@rawtanicals.com to see if we can update your shipping address.
My package says delivered but I have not received it?
Don’t worry just yet! Shipping carriers will sometimes mark an item as delivered, but it may take a little extra time for them to get it to you.
If it's been more than 24 hours since your order was marked as delivered and you cannot find your package, contact us at hello@rawtanicals.com and we’ll be happy to help.
NOTE: Once your order is marked as "delivered," we're unable to track it further. Any delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier directly. We recommend contacting the designated carrier as soon as possible to file any necessary claims.
What should I do if my order is lost in transit?
If your tracking link has not updated in more than 7 business days, please reach out to our team at Hello@rawtanicals.com and we'll be happy to investigate this further.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. This includes adding or removing products from your order.
We may be able to edit your shipping address if you contact us within 30 mins of placing your order.

Can I refund my order
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Likewise, we do not accept returns or refunds for purchases bought in-store.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

If you've ordered a Kit, Set or Bundle, you will need to return all of the products in the Kit, Set or Bundle in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds or returns are not eligible for a return.
- Returns are eligible as long as they are within 30 days of purchase date.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for purchases bought in-store.
- Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage - dropped, spilled, mishandled, etc. - are not refundable.
- We do not offer a direct exchange option at this time. We recommend returning your item for store credit.
- Rawtanicals reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return requirements or is deemed to be abusing the return policy. After 2 returns, further eligibility for returns will be determined by your loyalty tier.

Absolutely yes! We do not test on animals, nor use any animal parts, labor or excretions!

Does Rawtanicals use clean ingredients?
We are go beyond most so called clean standards as every Rawtanicals formula is made with a simple principle in mind – Nature knows best!

Is everything raw
We use raw botanical ingredients and actives in every formulation. The complete formula may use other ingredients that would not be considered raw after heating and mixing for example.
Are your products Organic
While many of our ingredients are certified organic not all are as there are other important aspects of the supply chain to consider.
For some of our small farmers, organic certification is just costly and prohibitive bureaucracy when they have always grown things organically anyway!
We always use safe, high-quality ingredients and consider sustainably sourced, free – from certain preservatives and without potential contamination in the supply chain.

Is Rawtanicals packaging recyclable?
Yes, we use PET and PETG which are recyclable but please be sure to check your local recycling guidelines
Can I use the Products on my face
While our products are recommended for the body, we suggest that if you decide to use it on your face, to avoid direct contact with your eyes and to discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. As with any topical product, we highly recommend doing a spot check on your skin to assess any concerns before full use!
How often should I use my Rawtanicals products
At least once a day to cleanse, replenish and moisturize your skin. Then as often as needed!
*Prior to full use, we strongly recommend a spot check on the skin to assess any concerns and we recommend that any customer immediately discontinue use if they experience adverse reactions. We also recommend customers consult their physician if they have concerns.
How do I store my Rawtanicals products?
When stored in a cool and dark area, based on our testing all of our products carry a 3 year unopened shelf life. Once opened please use within 12 months.
